Dolly Varden/Bull Trout gain Temporary Protection

Bull Trout

Temporary regulations have recently been put in place in the upper reaches of the Skagit River Watershed. It seems that several major rain storms over the past few years have had a negative effect on spawning and recruitment. As usual things around here have to get worse before they can possibly get better. Still, some protection is better than no protection and there is always hope that the new regs will become permanent.
